THE LAST WORDWe want you to know--
The Writers Lockdown Retreat coordinators have gone out on a limb this time! We've added a full Friday to the schedule, but we've only added $30 to the Retreat fees (if you register before January 15, 2014). Amazing!
For those inmates who would like to be on Whidbey Island on Thursday, we've arranged for a full afternoon and evening of add-on events: a workshop devoted to the publishing side of writing, and the usual Happy Hour and Appetizer Buffet we have enjoyed before, on Fridays.
No Lockdown on Thursday -- you may stay wherever you like Thursday night. If you choose to stay at the Captain Whidbey Inn, you must make your own reservations online (scroll to the bottom) or call the Inn at 1-800-366-4097. We have not reserved rooms for Thursday, so make your reservation early.
The Inn will extend room rental discounts to Retreat registrants, for extended stays before or after the retreat.
