2:30-4:30 Coffeehouse Chat with Renda Dodge or Sarah Martinez of Pink Fish Press. Brandon Lafave will be assisting as well.  Join them in the WiFire at Whidbey Telecom CMCC, 1651 Main Street, Freeland, for a cup of coffee and a chat about publishing – it’s  changing, and at the forefront of this change are the small presses and e-presses. What are the differences between e-only, print-on-demand and self-publishing? What is a small press? Pink Fish Press can answer all these questions, as well as any concerns about the changing climate of writing and publishing in an intimate, casual environment.                                                 

6:30-8:00 Dinner with Presenters featuring popular crime novelist, Elizabeth George (author of the Inspector Lynley series) as our keynote speaker.  She’ll be sharing her thoughts and words of wisdom regarding “Why We Write.”  (Limited Availability)
